2

Pay Securely Online

Check out with international payment methods and receive instant confirmation — no local apps or WeChat account needed.

3

Receive Your E-ticket

Your QR-code voucher arrives by email and in the Trip.com app — nothing to print.

4

Scan and Walk In

At the Park Road gate, scan the code, pass the turnstile and start the loop toward Lidui Park and the river. Early entry beats the tour groups.

FAQ

Ticket Questions, Answered

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. After booking on Trip.com you receive a QR-code e-ticket on your phone. Scan it at the gate turnstile and walk in. Keep a screenshot as backup for weak signal in the crowd.

What is the best time of day to enter?

At opening — 08:00 in both seasons. The first hours are cool, quiet and photogenic, and you will have the Anlan Bridge nearly to yourself before the tour groups arrive from Chengdu around 10:00–11:00.

How much time should I allow?

The recommended sightseeing time is 3–5 hours: the core loop past Lidui Park, Baopingkou, the Anlan Bridge, Yuzui and Erwang Temple takes 3–4 hours at an easy pace, and the ancient town at the gate easily adds another hour with street food and teahouses.

Can I combine Dujiangyan with Mount Qingcheng on one ticket?

Yes — combined tickets covering the scenic area plus Mount Qingcheng (the front mountain is the classic pairing) are among the options Trip.com lists for your date. They are the standard way to see both halves of the UNESCO World Heritage inscription in a single day.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Cancellation and change policies differ by ticket type and travel date. Trip.com displays the exact cancellation terms on the checkout page before you pay, so you always know the rules for the ticket you choose.

Is the park suitable for kids and older visitors?

Yes — the main loop follows riverside paths with plenty of restrooms, benches, in-park transport and convenience stores. The Anlan Bridge does sway, which small children usually love; strollers work everywhere except the temple stairways.
